These Terms of Use govern the use of the makinachina.com website, operated by ATESINO GROUP (HONG KONG) LIMITED. By visiting the Site, creating an account or submitting a quotation request, you agree to the terms set out below.

1. Parties and Definitions

The following definitions apply throughout this document:

Company: ATESINO GROUP (HONG KONG) LIMITED (Rm 08 15/F Witty Coml Bldg, 1A-1L Tung Choi St, Mongkok, Hong Kong).
Site: All pages, content and services published under the makinachina.com domain and its subdomains.
User: Any natural or legal person who visits or uses the Site, or submits a request through it, for any purpose.

2. Purpose of the Site

The Site exists to present industrial machinery and equipment, receive pricing and quotation requests, share technical information and support after-sales processes.

The Site is intended primarily for business-to-business (B2B) use. Requests submitted through the Site are handled as commercial enquiries. Persons under the age of 18 may not place orders or submit quotation requests through the Site.

3. Account Creation and Account Security

Certain services may require you to create an account. You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate, current and complete.

Keeping your password confidential and taking responsibility for all activity carried out through your account rests with the User. If you believe your account has been used without your authorisation, please notify us without delay at info@makinachina.com.

4. Product Information, Specifications and Images

Technical specifications, capacity figures, drawings and images shown on the Site are largely based on information supplied by manufacturers and are provided for presentation purposes.

Because of manufacturer model revisions, production batch differences or typographical errors, the machine as delivered may differ from the images and descriptions on the Site. The binding document is the technical specification set out in the quotation and order form signed by the parties.

We recommend requesting a written opinion from our technical team before ordering, to confirm that the selected machine suits your production requirements.

5. Prices, Stock and Quotation Validity

Prices shown on the Site are indicative and, unless stated otherwise, exclude VAT, customs duties, freight, insurance, installation and commissioning charges.

Prices may change without prior notice due to exchange rates, raw material costs, freight and manufacturer pricing policies. A binding price is established only by the written quotation issued to you, which states its validity period.

Stock information may change at any time. An order is confirmed once the Company has verified the availability of the product.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The design, software, text, logos, trademarks, photographs, videos, technical drawings and databases on the Site belong to the Company or its respective licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property legislation.

This content may not be copied, reproduced, adapted, republished on another medium or used commercially without the prior written consent of the Company. Reasonable quotation with attribution is an exception to this rule.

7. Prohibited Uses

When using the Site, the User agrees to refrain from the following:

Any use contrary to applicable legislation, public order or the rights of third parties.
Unauthorised access, testing or interference directed at the Site infrastructure, database or security measures.
Systematic extraction of content or prices using automated data collection tools (bots, crawlers, scrapers).
Creating accounts with misleading information, or acting without authority on behalf of another person or organisation.

8. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may link to third-party resources such as manufacturer catalogues, shipment tracking systems, payment institutions or social media platforms.

The content, security and privacy practices of those resources are the responsibility of the relevant third party. The Company cannot be held liable for damages arising from content outside its control.

9. Service Continuity

The Company makes reasonable efforts to keep the Site available and free of errors. Access to all or part of the Site may nevertheless be suspended temporarily during maintenance, updates, infrastructure failures or events of force majeure.

The Company reserves the right to modify, restrict or discontinue the services offered on the Site.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the liability of the Company is limited to the value of the transaction concerned.

The Company is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, production downtime or data loss arising from the use or inability to use the Site, where no fault is attributable to it.

This clause does not remove any rights you may have under consumer legislation or mandatory rules of law.

12. Documents Governing Sales and Services

Commercial relationships established on or through the Site are additionally governed by our Terms of Service and Distance Sales Agreement. In the event of conflict, the provisions of the order agreement signed between the parties prevail.

13. Changes to These Terms

The Company may update these Terms of Use unilaterally. An updated version takes effect on the date it is published on the Site. We recommend checking the update date shown at the top of this page from time to time.

14. Governing Law and Competent Forum

Any dispute arising out of these Terms of Use will first be addressed through good-faith discussion. Failing settlement, the governing law and competent forum agreed in the order contract between the parties shall apply.
