Distance Sales Agreement


Parties and Scope of the Agreement

This Distance Sales Agreement is concluded electronically between the user who purchases products or services through the website and the seller company. From the moment an order is placed, the user is deemed to have accepted the terms of the agreement.

All orders placed through the website are processed after product stock availability and payment confirmation.


Order Confirmation

The user accepts that the information shared during the order is accurate and complete. The user is responsible for any delays that may arise from incorrect or incomplete information.


Payment Methods

Payment transactions are handled over secure infrastructures, and additional verification steps may be applied for order security.

Withdrawal, Return and Warranty Conditions

Right of Withdrawal

The buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within the statutory periods. For the right of withdrawal to be valid, the product must be unused, undamaged and in a condition suitable for resale.


Return Process

Return requests must be created through customer service. Approved returns must be shipped complete within the stated period.


Products Excluded from Returns

The following products may fall outside the scope of returns or the right of withdrawal:

  • Machines whose installation has been completed
  • Used or damaged products
  • Products that are technically unsuitable for resale

User Obligations


All users of the website agree to use the platform in accordance with the applicable legislation.

The security of the login credentials belonging to the user account is the responsibility of the user.

Purchased machines must be operated in accordance with their user manuals. Damage arising from incorrect use may be treated as outside the scope of the warranty.

In the event of a dispute, the relevant consumer arbitration committees and competent courts shall have jurisdiction.


Entry into Force

When the user places an order and completes the payment, they are deemed to have accepted all the terms of this agreement. The agreement enters into force on the date it is approved electronically.
